Common Room for Rent @ Hillview. Parc Palais Condo in Hume Avenue, North Singapore for sale

Hi, my friends and me are renting a 3 bedroom apartment at Parc Palais (Hillview area). I'm from Germany and my friends is a couple from China. We are renting out one of our common rooms at 700$, excluding utilities and internet. The room has a wardrobe and and a small table. For the bed, you can choose between queen size or single size. The room is availabe immediately.
Take note that the couple is using the common bathroom as their private bathroom and so the tiny guest bathroom will be your own. Water heater and shower will be provided.
We are easy going and we don't really have any restrictions in our place. We cook frequently and also sometimes have friends or family staying over - feel free to do the same.
Parc Palais is in walking distance to Hillview station and a short bus ride to Bukit Batok MRT. There are direct buses from Comfort Delgro that go all the way to Raffles Place non stop.
Parc Palais has many facilities - 24 hours security, covered car park, wading pool, swimming pool, BBQ pits, gym, tennis and badminton courts, clubhouse, karaoke room, and playground.
